After that, I decided I didn’t WANT to do any more comics that day.
AND THAT IS TOTALLY FINE!
I know there is an urge to finish something you start, and that is important at times when you are under contract to do so hahahaeeeeeeeeeeks!
Or if it’s helping you reach an important goal that you seriously, OH SO SERIOUSLY, set for yourself.
BUT…
it is also ok to embrace when you don’t want to do something anymore.
Let yourself stop, and be content with where you got to.
As listening to yourself is something to celebrate as well! As for me, I never do well when forcing the art. I want to feel that spark, as well as the giddy excitement to make it.
So if you have unfinished art…don’t feel bad about it!
Look at is as a step getting you to the next STEP in your Art life.
And really what art is ever truly finished?!
As there will never enough marks…or donuts!!!
Guess who made some animations to promote MISTACO!!!
Your sweetest ELIZAAAAAAAAhhhhhh!!
You can also view them all so far on YouTube (or Yummy tub as my kids call it.)
MAYBE you can even be my 4th follower on there!! Lucky you.
I have not put on my animation hat in a long while,
but felt like there was no more nobler a cause than to do so to promote MISTACO. So I wrote, storyboarded, and created backgrounds. AND recorded the silliest of voices for you to enjoy! ALSO, I was very lucky to have Zach Smith help me with the animation, and Fishboy with the music!!
A few more are coming at you, and I’ll be posting more about my Mistaco Tour in the coming weeks!
Thanks for reading, and sending. you all the joy ALWAYS!
Love the dragon painting + supplies!! The lil animation got me excited for MISTACO 🌮
I followed your Youtube! :-D I'd like more Mistaco animations!
